    HT-1080 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83022-1-RR (TRPV2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83022-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83022-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

背景介绍

Transient receptor potential vanilloid 2 (TRPV2), also name as VRL-1, plays a critical role in neuronal development, cardiac function, immunity, and cancer (PMID: 31566564). It has been found to play an essential role in sustained intracellular Ca2+ concentration increase (PMID: 31857697). It's reported that TRPV2 is activated by high temperatures, with a threshold of around 52℃ (PMID: 10201375).
