    FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65124-1-Ig

    1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (65124-1-Ig, Clone:MOPC-21) (red) or 0.2ug Anti-Human CD8a (65113-1-Ig, Clone:Hit8a) (green) and CoraLite®647-conjugated AffiniPure F(ab')2 Fragment Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (SA00014-8) at dilution 1:1000 or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
