FC experiment of Human Bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells using 65585-1-MR (same clone as 65585-1-PBS)

1x10^6 human bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human STRO-1 (STRO-1) Mouse IgG2a RecAb (65585-1-MR, Clone: STRO-1) or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65571-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-173), and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were co-stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human CD90 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (CL405-98126, Clone: 241290B2). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65585-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
