背景介绍
SMAP2 (Small Arf GAP Protein 2) is an Arf1 GTPase-activating protein. It localizes to early endosomes/TGN, binds clathrin/AP-1, and regulates retrograde transport from recycling endosomes to the Golgi. Critical for vesicle trafficking, organelle homeostasis, and spermatogenesis. (PMID: 26136365)
