背景介绍
RBM34 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 34) belongs to the RNA-binding motif protein (RBM) family, whose members all contain an RNA recognition motif (RRM) that enables specific binding to RNA molecules and participation in multiple aspects of RNA metabolism. RBM34 is primarily localized in the nucleus and functionally acts as an RNA-binding protein that plays an important role in pre-mRNA splicing regulation-it modulates alternative splicing events through interactions with splicing factors, thereby influencing mRNA maturation and diversity.
