背景介绍
SRC, also named as SRC1 and p60-Src, belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family and SRC subfamily. The phosphorylation of c-SRC at Ser17 is essential for its activation. This phosphorylation event is often mediated by protein kinase A (PKA) and is crucial for downstream signaling events. (PMID: 23360994)
