体内活性

方法:为研究Ionomycin对免疫细胞的激活,将PMA和Ionomycin激活小鼠的CD4+CD25- T细胞,生成诱导性调节性T细胞(iTreg),并在小鼠炎症性肠病(IBD)模型中测试其功能。 结果:Ionomycin激活的iTreg细胞能够显著减轻IBD小鼠模型的症状,包括体重减轻和疾病活动评分降低。 [2] 方法:为研究钙信号在胚胎发育中的作用,在小鼠胚胎培养液中添加Ionomycin。 结果:钙信号在胚胎细胞迁移和形态发生中发挥关键作用。 [3]

方法:LCLC 103H 细胞用 Ionomycin处理,使用DNA和蛋白质分析。 结果: Ionomycin诱导DNA 片段化和 PARP 裂解为典型的半胱天冬酶介导的细胞凋亡的 85-kDa 片段。[1]
