间充质干细胞（MSCs）是一类多能基质细胞，具备自我更新能力，并可分化为多种细胞类型。MSCs在多种机体组织中广泛存在。根据国际细胞治疗协会（ISCT）于2006年提出的多能间充质基质细胞最低定义标准，MSCs应表达CD105、CD73和CD90，且不表达CD45、CD34、CD14、CD11b、CD79α、CD19及HLA-DR等表面分子。此外，MSCs还表达其他细胞表面标志物，如CD29、CD44、CD146和CD166。

本试剂盒专用于研究人源MSCs，包含间充质干细胞谱系混合抗体以及MSCs阳性标志物CD44、CD90、Endoglin/CD105和CD73的抗体。
