体内活性

CDDO-dhTFEA 在慢性肾病大鼠模型中恢复正常血压,提高Nrf2及其靶基因表达,减缓NF-κB和转化生长因子-β (transforming growth factor-β) 通路的激活,降低肾小球硬化、间质纤维化和炎症进程[2]。
