FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 65602-1-MR (same clone as 65602-1-PBS)

1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD11c (N418) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65602-1-MR, Clone: N418) (right), or Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) (left) and FITC anti-mouse IgG2a Antibody. Cells well then stained with APC Anti-Mouse MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) (M5/114.15.2) (APC-65122, Clone: M5/114.15.2). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65602-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
