    1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CCR7 Rabbit RecAb (98717-1-RR, Clone: 253310A1) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with FITC Plus Anti-Human CD45RA. CD4+ cells were gated. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98717-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

背景介绍

C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7), which belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, is also a receptor for the MIP-3-beta chemokine, and probably acts as a mediator of EBV effects on B-lymphocytes or of normal lymphocyte functions. CCR7 is specially expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activated B- and T-lymphocytes, and can be strongly up-regulated in B-cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus and T-cells infected with herpesvirus 6 or 7.
