背景介绍

C10orf104 (also known as ANAPC16 or APC16) is a protein associated with the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C). APC/C is a highly conserved E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates various stages of the cell cycle, particularly the transition from mitotic to non-mitotic phases and the entry into the G1 phase during mitosis. As a subunit of APC/C, C10orf104 contributes to its stability and modulates its ubiquitin ligase activity.
