体内活性

Bax inhibitor peptide V5(BIP-V5;100μM)显著提高了分离后的胰岛功能,并在小鼠模型中改善了胰岛移植后的移植物功能[2]。

体外活性

Bax inhibitor peptide V5(BIP-V5;0-50 μM)降低STF-cMyc细胞的死亡率,但对SW620或NCI-H23细胞无效。[1]。Bax inhibitor peptide V5 处理可上调抗凋亡蛋白 Bcl-2 和 XIAP 的表达,上调幅度分别超过 3 倍和 11 倍,下调凋亡诱导蛋白 Bax、Bad 和核因子-κB-p65 的表达,下调幅度分别为 10%、30% 和近 50%[2]。
