背景介绍
Androgen Receptor Splice Variant 7 (AR-V7) is a truncated, constitutively active isoform of the human androgen receptor (AR). The presence of the AR-V7 protein is highly correlated with clinical resistance to next-generation androgen receptor signaling inhibitors (ARSIs), such as enzalutamide and abiraterone.
