背景介绍
UTP15 is a U3 snoRNA-associated protein of the Small Subunit Processome (SSU), essential for 18S rRNA biogenesis. UTP15 has 3 isoforms with MW 56, 58 and 37kDa (refer to UniProt). Catalog#17416-1-AP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the full-length of human UTP15. It specially recognizes 58 and 37kDa isoforms.
