SECTM1, also named as protein K12, is identified by its location just upstream of the CD7 locus. It's a novel molecule with potential importance in hematopoietic and/or immune system processes. The calculated MW of SECTM1 is 27 kDa. It can be cleaved into a 20 kDa soluble form.
