背景介绍
REV3L, also named as POLZ and REV3, belongs to the DNA polymerase type-B family. REV3L catalyses the reaction: Deoxynucleoside triphosphate + DNA(n) = diphosphate + DNA(n+1). The antibody recognizes the C-term of REV3L.
