背景介绍
CDK15, also known as ALS2CR7 and PFTK2, belongs to the CDK family. CDK15 is a Serine/threonine-protein kinase that acts like an anti-apoptotic protein against TRAIL/TNFSF10-induced apoptosis by inducing phosphorylation of BIRC5 at 'Thr-34' (PMID: 24866247). CDK15 has 5 isoforms with the molecular weights of 39 kDa and 44-49 kDa.
