背景介绍
The PDZ and LIM domain-containing protein 2(PDLIM2), also known as Mystique or SLIM, is classified as a member of the actinin-associated LIM family of proteins. PDLIM2 is an IGF-IR-regulated adapter protein located at the actin cytoskeleton and necessary for the migratory capacity of epithelial cells (PMID: 15659642, 34571051). PDLIM2 is a nuclear ubiquitin E3 ligase that negatively regulates STAT signaling(PMID: 15963787).
