Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member X2(MRGPRX2) is a member of the MAS-related G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family that is expressed primarily in human dorsal root ganglia and mast cells. It serves as a receptor for the antimicrobial peptide LL37(PMID: 22069323).
