    1X10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.5 ug Rat IgG2a Isotype Control (65209-1-Ig, Clone: 2A3) and FITC Anti-Rat IgG2a Antibody at dilution 1:200 (black), or stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Mouse CD4 (65141-1-Ig, Clone: RM4-5) and FITC Anti-Rat IgG2a Antibody at dilution 1:200 (green). Cells were not fixed.

背景介绍

The 2A3 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The 2A3 immunolglobulin binds to TNP (trinitrophenol), a hapten not expressed on mouse or human cells. It is used as an isotype control for rat IgG2a antibodies. This antibody has been quality-tested for flow cytometry as negative control.
