Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 99026-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Human IgG1 kappa isotype control RecAb (99026-1-HR, Clone: 262113A1) (red in histogram), or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98042-1-RR, Clone: 240427E12) (green in histogram), or unstained (blue in histogram), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 99026-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
