背景介绍
Islet cell autoantigen 1 (ICA1), also known as ICA69, is a cytosolic and Golgi-bound protein. It controls neuroendocrine secretion and insulin granule trafficking via PICK1 interaction, and represents an autoantigen in type 1 diabetes.
