Product Information

初始 T 细胞之前未曾接触过抗原，而记忆 T 细胞则有过接触经历。因此，记忆 T 细胞在后续再次遇到相同抗原时，能够更迅速地作出反应。

该试剂盒用于将T淋巴细胞（CD3+）分离为辅助型T淋巴细胞（CD4+）、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞（CD8+）、初始T淋巴细胞（CD45RA+）和记忆T淋巴细胞（CD45RO+）。PE通道被预留。
