背景介绍
HSPB7 (Heat shock protein beta-7), also known as cardiovascular heat shock protein (cvHsp), is a unique member of the small heat shock protein (sHSP) family. HSPB7 is predominantly expressed in the heart and skeletal muscle, with much lower levels found in the aorta and adipose tissue. HSPB7 plays a specialized role in maintaining cellular structure and homeostasis rather than acting primarily as a protein-folding chaperone.
