背景介绍
HOXB3, also named as HOX2G, belongs to the Antp homeobox family. HOXB3 is sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. HOXB3 plays a role in the proliferation and differentiation of both early myeloid and lymphoid developmental pathways.
