Proteintech的 Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer（1X，#PF00018）是一种配制用于流式细胞术的缓冲液。适用于稀释抗体、稀释细胞、以及表面染色的流式细胞术分析所需的所有清洗和孵育步骤。可以最大程度地维持细胞活性，尽可能的降低非特异性着色。本产品为1×工作液，可直接使用。

注意：本产品含有胎牛血清以及叠氮化钠（≤0.09%）。
保存条件
4 ℃密封保存，一年有效。详见产品标签。
使用方法
1. 将细胞样本收集至流式管后，加入Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer至2 mL，用300-400 g的离心力，离心5分钟后，弃上清。
2. 重复步骤1。
3. 按照实验需求加入适量的Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer。
4. 将细胞样品以实验需求的体积和细胞浓度分装到各实验组流式管中。
5. 按照抗体说明书中推荐的最佳浓度对细胞表面抗原进行染色。
6. 染色完成后，加入Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer至2 mL洗涤细胞，用300-400 g的离心力，离心5分钟后，弃上清。
7. 重复步骤6。
8. 加入0.2 mL Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer，将细胞沉淀重悬在Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer中。
9. 在流式细胞仪上采集样品。
注意
本产品含有叠氮化钠，使用时需要做好个人防护措施，佩戴手套、穿实验服等，以避免接触眼睛或皮肤。
