背景介绍
FMNL2 (Formin-like 2) is a member of the formin family of actin nucleators that promotes the assembly of unbranched actin filaments. It plays critical roles in cell migration, adhesion, and cytoskeletal remodeling by interacting with Rho GTPases and regulating actin dynamics at the leading edge of migrating cells (PMID: 38891874). Dysregulation of FMNL2 has been implicated in cancer metastasis and inflammatory disorders (PMID: 40212590). This antibody detects a band at 140-150 kDa, which is consistent with the results described in the literature (PMID: 24700756, PMID: 20633255).
