背景介绍
FCGR2B (also known as CD32b) is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin Fc receptor family. It functions primarily as a low-affinity inhibitory receptor for IgG antibodies. Through its intracellular immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM), it mediates negative signaling, suppressing overactivation in immune cells (such as B cells, monocytes/macrophages.), regulating antibody production, and maintaining immune homeostasis. It is also involved in clearing immune complexes and modulating the threshold for autoimmune responses.
