背景介绍
FAM111B, also named as CANP, belongs to the FAM111 family. The antibody is specific to FAM111B. This protein has some isoforms with MW 135 kDa (EAW73833, 1200aa), 85 kDa and 81 kDa. FAM111B is a direct target of p53. It is involved in tendon contracture, myopathy, pulmonary fibrosis and lung adenocarcinoma.(PMID: 26495788, 31114230, 24268661)
