背景介绍
DeltaNp63 (ΔNp63), often referred to as p40, is a key isoform of the TP63 gene, which belongs to the p53 tumor suppressor family. Unlike the full-length TAp63 isoform, ΔNp63 lacks the N-terminal transactivation domain (TAD) and functions primarily as a dominant-negative inhibitor of p53, TAp63, and TAp73.
