背景介绍

DNALI1 belongs to the inner dynein arm light chain family and encodes a subunit of the light intermediate chain of inner dynein arms of the axoneme of sperm flagella (PMID: 36792588). DNALI1 promotes neurodegeneration after traumatic brain injury via inhibition of autophagosome-lysosome fusion (PMID: 38348540). Mutation in DNALI1 Causes Male Infertility with Severe Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia in Humans (PMID: 38212584).
