Product Information
HRP酶标抗鼠/兔二抗与小鼠及兔 IgG重链和轻链特异性结合，通过二氨基联苯胺（DAB）显色液，形成棕褐色不溶性产物。主要用于免疫组织化学染色的显色。

保存条件
2-8℃避光保存，有效期12个月。
使用方法
1. DAB 染色工作液（按需现用现配）: A 液与B 液按20 : 1体积比取用，混匀后使用。
2. 滴加上述 DAB 染色工作液 50-100 uL 完全覆盖切片组织（如组织较大可适当增加用量），孵育3-10分钟，蒸馏水冲洗，终止显色。
注意
1.本品仅用于免疫组化实验，不做其他用途。
2. 应用适当的防护措施，以避免同皮肤和眼睛接触。
