背景介绍
CEP27, also named as C15orf25 and HAUS2, is a centrosomal protein with MW 27 kDa. It contributes to mitotic spindle assembly, maintenance of centrosome integrity and completion of cytokinesis as part of the HAUS augmin-like complex.
