    HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84100-3-RR (ACMSD antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84100-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84100-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

背景介绍

ACMSD (alpha-amino-beta-carboxy-muconate-semialdehyde decarboxylase ) is the key enzyme that regulates the de novo NAD+ synthesis from tryptophan. ACMSD is highly expressed in the liver, kidney and to a lower degree in brain under physiological conditions. The enzyme is primarily cytosolic and is positioned at a critical branching point in the kynurenine pathway, wherein it influences the fate of the precursor 2-amino-3-carboxymuconic-6-semialdehyde (ACMS).
