Background Information
GLDC(Glycine dehydrogenase [decarboxylating], mitochondrial) is also named as GCSP and belongs to the GcvP family. It induces dramatic changes in glycolysis and glycine/serine metabolism that leads to changes in pyrimidine metabolism to regulate cancer cell proliferation.
