背景信息
As one of the factors regulating tumour angiogenesis, ANGPT4 (angiopoietin-4), which plays an important role in promoting tumour proliferation, survival, expansion and angiogenesis, is highly expressed in some tumours, such as lung adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma and ovarian cancer. In addition, other studies have shown that the expression of ANGPT4 in tumours may regulate the occurrence and development of tumours by affecting the PI3K-Akt signalling pathway, the Hedgehog signalling pathway.
