背景介绍
ABCA6, a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, is involved in the energy-dependent transport of a wide variety of substrates across membranes. The human ABCA6 is ubiquitously expressed in the organism, with high levels in liver, lung, heart, and brain(PMID: 11478798).
