背景信息
B7 homolog 3 protein (B7-H3), also known as CD276, is an immune checkpoint molecule and a costimulatory/coinhibitory immunoregulatory protein that plays a dual role in the immune system. It was first cloned in 2001 from a cDNA library that was derived from human dendritic cells (DCs).
