背景介绍
XAGE1A, also named as XAGE1 and GAGED2, is a cancer testis antigen with an expression pattern that is limited to germ cells of the testis and a variety of neoplastic tissues. XAGE1A is translated as two proteins, a 9 kD protein, termed p9, and a 16.3 kD protein, termed p16. It may be useful as a target for many cancer immunotherapies.
