体外活性

测量培养细胞中谷胱甘肽(GSH)的常用技术是向培养基中添加Monochlorobimane,其容易进入细胞并形成可通过荧光度量的GSH-Monochlorobimane加合物。Monochlorobimane方法与HPLC技术得到的结果具有可比性。Monochlorobimane浓度可降至25 mM,仍能准确测量均质物中的GSH含量。[1]
