    1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GBP4 Recombinant antibody (83699-4-RR, Clone:240730H5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.

Guanylate-binding protein 4 (GBP4) is an IFN-inducible GTPase that belongs to the GB1/RHD3 GTPase family. GBP4 plays important roles in innate immunity against a diverse range of bacterial, viral and protozoan pathogens. GBP4 negatively regulates the antiviral response by inhibiting activation of IRF7 transcription factor. The molecular weight of GBP4 is 73 kDa.
