靶点活性

VPS34:25 nM

体外活性

向细胞施用VPS34-IN1可迅速、剂量依赖性地诱导特定的PtdIns(3)P结合探针从内体膜上分散。VPS34-IN1还能在1分钟内迅速引起约50-60%的SGK3磷酸化水平下降。对于不含有PtdIns(3)P结合PX域的SGK2亚型,VPS34-IN1没有抑制作用[1]。
