体外活性

VIP(6-28)(human, rat, porcine, bovine) acetate(10、30或100 μM)通过分别降低52%、64%或81%来减少10 μM VIP刺激后cAMP水平的增加。在富含神经元和非神经元的分离培养细胞中,对VIP(6-28)(human, rat, porcine, bovine) acetate阻断VIP刺激下cAMP水平增加的能力获得了类似结果。在测试的任何浓度下,VIP(6-28)(human, rat, porcine, bovine) acetate本身不改变cAMP水平。与其通过64%降低VIP刺激下cAMP水平提升的能力相比,向培养基中添加30 μM VIP(6-28)(human, rat, porcine, bovine) acetate后,在用异丙肾上腺素或福斯可林(每种10 μM)刺激成年神经节后测得的cAMP水平并没有显著改变。
