体内活性

在携带脑胶质瘤的小鼠中，TfR-T12 acetate 通过BBB（血脑屏障）传运，通过诱导坏死、凋亡和自噬作用，杀死脑胶质瘤和胶质瘤干细胞[2]。

体外活性

SAG dihydrochloride 可与聚乙二醇化脂质衍生物3-(N-琥珀酰亚胺基辛酰氧基)氨基丙基-聚乙二醇(2000)-氨甲酰基二硬脂酰磷脂乙醇胺(NHS-PEG2000-DSPE)进行化学共轭，用作功能材料，构建多功能脂质囊泡[1]。
