体内活性

Sunset yellow FCF (0.325 mg/kg; mice) induces chromosomal aberrations in somatic and germ cells and morphological abnormalities in sperm in mice, but it is not genotoxic in a micronucleus gut assay in mice when administered at doses up to 2,000 mg/kg.[4]

体外活性

Sunset Yellow FCF (250 μg/ml) reduces the LPS-induced proliferation of isolated mouse splenocytes, as well as inhibits the proliferation of isolated mouse splenocytes in an allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction.[3]

溶解度

DMSO:90 mg/mL (198.95 mM),H2O:90.0 mg/mL (199.0 mM),Sonification is recommended.
