体外活性

Sulcotrione表现为时间独立的可逆抑制剂。这是首次观察到使用纯化的hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase和一种合成的β-triketone,即sulcotrione,表现出此类行为。抑制动力学分析,使用3 hydroxyphenylpyruvate和sulcotrione的浓度进行,显示了随着sulcotrione浓度的增加,表观KM也随之增加[1]。
