体内活性

经静脉给药PCNA-I1显著抑制了裸鼠体内LNCaP肿瘤的生长，而未对小鼠体重和血液学特征造成可检测的影响[1]。

体外活性

PCNA-I1 在LNCaP和PC-3细胞中引发了DNA损伤与凋亡，并增强了顺铂引起的DNA损伤与凋亡。PCNA-I1还在PC-3细胞中诱发了自噬。短期预处理PCNA-I1在两种细胞系中减少了50%的集落形成。[1]
