体外活性

Ozenoxacin对临床分离的革兰氏阳性微生物展现了强大的抗菌活性(MICs:0.008至4 mg/L)。它对MRSA、MSSA、MSSE和MRSE菌株表现出良好的活性,这些菌株在gyrA和grlA(parC)基因中有2、3或4种突变[1]。Ozenoxacin能抑制MSSA菌株和S. agalactiae菌株,其抗药性率分别>1010和5.3×1010。Ozenoxacin对突变株的最大MIC值为8 mg/L [2]。
