体外活性

在1-3000 μmol/L浓度范围内,Methyl cinnamateE-异构体(E-MC)浓度依赖性地松弛了预先用苯肾上腺素(PHE; 1 μmol/L)预收缩的完整内皮主动脉组织,其半抑制浓度(IC50)值(几何平均值)为877.6 μmol/L(95%置信区间(CI)784.1-982.2 μmol/L)。同一浓度范围内,E-MC对由K(+)引起的肠系膜动脉收缩的松弛作用更强,其IC50值为314.5 μmol/L(95% CI 141.9-697.0 μmol/L),相较于主动脉组织(IC50 1144.7 μmol/L;95% CI 823.2-1591.9 μmol/L)显示出更高的效力。
